給紙部給紙部はサーボモーターにより制御されており、給紙の過程で紙束が断続的に動き、ベルトの寿命が長く、紙製品を搬送部まで安定かつ整然と処理します。段ボールに最適です。搬送部ダブルペーパーサーボ制御用紙搬送部は4つの搬送チェーンと4つの押し込みブロックを搭載しており、用紙の形状に合わせて調整が可能です。 4つのフォトセンサーが装備されており、用紙到達状態を検出し、カウントし、紙詰まりを検出します。接着セクション接着部分は調整可能なパーツ接着構造を採用しており、用紙の要件と接着位置に応じて調整するのに便利で、接着を節約できます。接着部分が取り出しやすく、洗浄に便利です。 機械を停止すると、糊付けローラーが糊付けを停止しました。 また、搬送部品が自動的に落下するため、接着剤をコンベアベルトに印刷するのは簡単ではありません。フィルム切断セクション上部のローラーは 2 つの刃を備えたフィルム切断ローラーで、1 つは上刃、もう 1 つは下刃で、フィルムの切断を終了します。下のローラーはサクションローラーで、フィルムはサクションローラーに貼り付けられます。用紙回収セクションパッチされた製品は排紙プレートに搬送され、紙の蓄積と回収が完了します。紙送り部分は単一で調整できます。
